eCase Collection provides unlimited access to a growing digital library of over 1,500 real life business situation case studies from world-leading business schools
This week, we are celebrating the launch or our new case study collection at two conferences on either side of the world.
In Glasgow, we will be showing off our new eCase Collection to delegates from across Europe at this year’s European Academy of Management conference (EURAM). With the conference’s theme this year looking at ‘Making Knowledge Work’, this is a perfect time to demonstrate how case studies can be used to enhance learning in the classroom.
As it’s our 50th year in publishing, our anniversary celebrations will be continuing with a drinks reception at Stand 8 on Thursday 22 June from 3:30pm.
From Thursday, we will also be attending the American Library Association (ALA) conference in Chicago.
Here, the new eCase Collection will introduced to and discussed with hundreds of delegates, institutions and librarians, allowing us show the benefits and uses of our case study products. Be sure to keep a look out for updates from these events on our Twitter!
Emerald Publishing has launched Emerald eCase Collection, a new challenger case studies product designed to improve the business school learning experience.
eCase Collection provides institutions with unlimited access to a growing digital library of over 1,500 real life business situation case studies from a range of leading business schools and contributing partners.
In addition, eCase Collection provides content from The CASE Journal (TCJ) and Emerging Markets Case Studies (EMCS), which include new case studies from established and emerging international markets by leading academics in their fields, with EMCS not available through other suppliers. This means that faculty and students will have access to an ever-growing bank of high quality and innovative case studies if their institutions are eCase Collection customers.
eCase Collection is hosted alongside other content on Emerald’s publishing platform, emeraldinsight.com, greatly increasing the potential for dissemination through enhanced discoverability. Supporting materials or exercises are included with all case studies to offer guidance on how the case can be taught in class, thereby improving the learning experience; and teaching resources written purely for faculty are hidden from student view.
Emerald have published case studies since 2011 and understand their importance. By continuing to develop case study products to help educators deliver an enhanced student experience, this unique and exciting way of learning builds students’ confidence and develops work and life skills, enhancing employability.
